The Hope Day Network reserves the right to photograph/video all events & store/use any photograph/video taken at any Hope Day event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Hope Day Network may use the photograph/video in all materials produced, used or contracted by The Hope Day Network including but not limited to: social media, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc.

Images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian to ensure the privacy of the individual. 

An individual attending a Hope Day Network event who does not wish to have their image used/stored for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and contact The Hope Day Network at 188 Rockaway Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. The Hope Day Network will use the included photograph for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Hope Day event or by failing to notify The Hope Day Network in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by The Hope Day Network, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify The Hope Day Network from any and all claims involving the use of your photograph/video.

Any person or organization not affiliated with The Hope Day Network may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from The Hope Day Network .
